Overall the support was very good it…

Overall the support was very good it took maybe a bit of time 2-4 hours but thats prob gonna be bc of the timezone the supporter @trix did a very good job in the section about spoofers, sadly at the end the overall support was a bit delayed i bought a service for someone to do the perm spoofer for me but sadly trix got sick but i aint judging about it its smth normal! at the end i got the money back into store credit and bought a temp spoofer w it pretty sad that its only a temp spoofer for the next days bc i was praying to play the game for long term and not for only 15 days.

Regarding the permanent spoofer service, sometimes unexpected real-life situations happen, and health always comes first. As soon as that occurred, issuing store credit was the fastest way to make sure you weren’t left waiting indefinitely. We understand it’s frustrating when you were planning for a long-term solution rather than a 15-day temporary one.

Shoutout to TRIX for mainly helping me with the “problems” that I had when trying to purchase, the response time in my ticket was a little bit slow but different time zones and they have like 1000+ tickets but overall 10/10 service!!

Great service!

UPS decided to be annoying and delay the package a bit but it got sent out the day after i bought it. Firmware was delivered withing the day i got it and despite some minor issues i got everything running perfect the next day! Support is slow sometimes but the server is big so you cant really blame them. Besides that I would recommend them 100% as I was scammed from someone else before I bought from them.

Great Support

I didn’t buy my DMA directly from Ducks Services, but I honestly wish I had. The company I bought it from was unresponsive with the installation, so I went to DUCKS. They helped me set everything up quickly and got my ch++ts working too.
