took literal hours for firmware (8)

took literal hours for firmware (8, which is fine its not instant), then it bricked my pc, making my pc not able to boot into Windows. No support response for troubleshooting or help after 15 hours. The coupon sent in the bundle never worked, and I never got a reply on that after making a ticket. honestly found more support from other people, terrible business model!

Hey, I understand the frustration here, but I want to clear a few things up.

Firmware delivery is listed as up to 24 hours in the product description, which you agreed to at checkout. In your case, it was delivered in around 8 hours, which is well within that window.

Regarding the PC not booting into Windows, firmware itself doesn’t “brick” a system like that. That’s almost always related to BIOS settings, driver conflicts, or setup issues. We’re more than willing to help troubleshoot that, but we do need a bit of time to respond to tickets, especially during higher volume periods.

As for the 15-hour response time, that’s not ideal, but it’s also not being ignored, support isn’t instant and tickets are handled in order. Same goes for the coupon issue, if something didn’t work, we’ll get it fixed, but it still needs to go through the queue.

We’re glad you were able to get help in the meantime, but saying there’s “no support” isn’t accurate. If you still need help, reply to your ticket and we’ll take care of it.

We do not sell “broken firmware.” All firmware provided is tested and functional, and in cases where issues arise (which can happen due to setup, environment, or external factors like game updates), we actively work with customers to resolve them.

Regarding response times — while we handle a high volume of tickets, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible and ensure each case is properly addressed. Delays can happen, but we are constantly improving our support systems to minimize them.

As for your 1:1 build, these are not instant-delivery items and may require time depending on availability and current workload. That said, if there was a delay beyond what was communicated, we’re more than willing to review your case and make it right.
