You have answered any and all of our questions to the fullest, been patient whilst we had to wait for a builder to lay the patio and delivered a product that surpasses our expectations.

We recently purchased the Heritage swing seat from Duckpaddle — and what a wonderful decision that has been. From the first message to delivery and installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. The installation was done by James, and he was absolutely incredible — polite, efficient, and meticulous in setting up the swing.
The swing itself is superbly built: sturdy, well-constructed, and feels far more robust than the mass-produced alternatives we considered. Since installation, it has become a favourite spot to relax; the design and finish add real charm and elegance.
Overall, we are delighted — it’s a quality swing seat that feels like it’s built to last, backed by a company with excellent customer service. We wholeheartedly recommend Duckpaddle to anyone looking for premium garden furniture.

What can I say Lovely warm welcome by the hosts. Accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely walks and close by car to amenities and restaurants/pubs. We were even provided with homemade scones with all the trimmings and plonk on arrival. Booked again as we enjoyed our stay so much!!! Thank you Sharon and Andy ! See you soon

Recently had the Hampton Arbour delivered and built. These guys give a wonderful service and it's so nice buying from a family run business that really care about their customers.
Becky runs a tight ship in terms of order and timescales - we had to wait 5 or 6 weeks but the date was pretty much on the nail from when she told us at point of order - in fact a few days earlier.
James is incredibly proud of the materials they source and use and quality of products and has built this wonderful sanctuary for us which we use every single day (fair enough the weather has been kinda nice). We've put a heater on the back wall which takes the edge off when it gets a little cooler, and soon enough will have some fairy lights in the trellis walls.

I bought the Heritage swing seat. From the start to delivery I have had a 5 star experience. Becky & James responded to my queries, delivered promptly and construction was very professional. BUT most importantly...I love my new swing seat, it's beautifully made, sturdy, comfortable and looks elegant. I can sit & enjoy my pretty garden by the sea & hear the birds tweet ' isn't that a beautiful swing seat'! (PS my friends love it too, with a cold glass of berry cordial!)

We bought the Hampton arbour, ready painted in pale green. It arrived 7 weeks after ordering, as predicted, but it's now installed and looking lovely, just in time for summer. Very happy with the product and the service.

I can't praise Duckpaddle and Becky enough for their outstanding customer service! Quick replies to emails and nothing too much trouble. Just brilliant. The swing seat we bought is also far better quality than any others, nicely made, sturdy and with a lovely finish. I always try to buy from either local or family firms and the service Duckpaddle provides just confirms why I do this!

We received our pent swing late august , we are really pleased with the quality of this product. Thankfully the weather was dry the next day for assembling .
I was unsure about some things but a call or two to someone put me on the right track, once assembled the swing is very solid and does not move in the strong winds we are experiencing at the moment.
Sadly we have been unable to use the swing much due to the weather, but look forward to doing so in the future.
A big thank you to Becky for making the process run smoothly and also James who helped with my calls in assembling. Great customer service, thank you.

I bought the Sandringham having compared many alternatives online. The quality was even better than expected - it’s very sturdy and expertly crafted, way superior to mass produced swing seat we owned previously. I had a slight problem initially with some parts on delivery but the service was incredible and James came to fix it, responding to my query immediately. I would , highly recommend this company to anyone - definitely worth every penny!

I can’t speak highly enough about James and Becky and the gorgeous pergola swing they made for us! The whole experience has been so easy and friendly, they were happy to talk us through the design and accommodate slight amendments to suit our needs, the end product is perfect and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
