I contacted JH Ducati to try and arrange a test ride at short notice on a new Multistrada V4S. Maria took the call and, although there wasn’t one immediately available, she said she would call me back. True to her word, she called within 20 minutes and I was booked in.

When I arrived, there was a brand-new bike waiting for me. Craig talked me through a couple of route options, and off I went. The bike was fantastic. When I got back to the showroom, Craig went through the specs and options in detail.

From there, I was massaged and coaxed so expertly into parting with £26k that I barely even realised it was happening! When the bike arrived at the dealership from the factory, I sent over a few parts to be fitted, including battery leads and sat nav mounts, and they were all fitted without fuss or extra charge.

The service was beyond excellent. I would avoid coming here if you’re only thinking about buying, because that thought will very quickly turn into a purchase.

No wonder they are Ducati Dealer of the Year!

Great service from from start to finish, Craig was really supportive and went above and beyond, bike was serviced and delivered to my home in Scotland, everything was as sold and the bike was in immaculate condition, delivery service was also great and professional. 100% I will use Ducati Coventry if / when I decide to upgrade.

Fantastic customer service from everyone we dealt (but especially Shanne and Tommy). From putting the deposit down, to receiving the bike this afternoon, the whole experience was easy and stress free! We hadn't seen the bike before delivery and it was exactly as described, a stunningly beautiful machine. Thank you for the fantastic communication and quick delivery.

My Ducati Multistrada V4s 2024 model had its 1 year service today at Ducati Coventry JHP.
When it's your pride & joy trust is everything and that's easy to give when you get such a fantastic service from booking in with Andy in service to getting a full debrief with technician Carl who carried out the work on my bike (not 1st time ) Whilst waiting in the shop enjoying coffee & biscotti, Tim & Oz in parts were super friendly and helpful and the sales team chatty .
The store is absolutely full of the most beautiful & latest Ducati models and a few used models which were all very tastefully selected for sale , you can tell this place is full of passion , I wouldn't recommend to anyone with a Ducati requiring any kind of work or an upgrade to go anywhere else.

Used a couple of times recently for mail order parts as we don't have a local dealership. Great service both times, parts arrived quickly with reasonable postage prices.

I was invited to test ride the V4 Panigale following a visit to Ducati at the ABR festival. Apart from the weather the whole experience was very positive. Friendly and attentive staff and a good briefing from the knowledgeable technician before heading out. The bike was quite exciting on the damp roads too. Happy to recommend the dealership on this visit.

Went to purchase a 2nd Ducati from this dealer and spoke with one of the Directors Maria after emailing into the dealer to confirm my intention to purchase a V4 SP at 11am in the morning Friday 16/9 I was told the salesman will call you back which he never did, I then receive an email from Steve Hunter to say its been sold as another director/owner John decided to sell the same said bike to his friend early afternoon subject to him getting insurance quotes!!!! no real interest from the dealership and just excuses. A poor show all round and bad communication all round, sours the taste of what was a good initial purchase on my Ducati V4 S in July 2021.

Used their website to order a couple of parts for my Ducati.
The only dealer I've found that does this, all the others only order by phone or in person during working hours which is not always convenient.
The parts turned up within 3 days, brilliant!
Will definitely use the site again.

Made an offer on a bike and was told no, a week later came back to me and said I could have the bike for what I'd offered so arrange to go down and view it with the intention of riding it home only to receive an email (not even a call) today (was supposed to view it tomorrow) saying they've took a deposit on it, called them to try and talk to them to be told "every one is busy why don't you go to a different shop" very un trust worthy and very rude

Collected my bike, replaced fuel pipes, delivered it back, all for under £100 with within a couple of days. Fantastic service! Thanks
