Dave was brilliant. Even though he wasn't able to gain access into my car he visited several times over a week, even bringing back up ! His motto is 'if he can't get in then he won't charge', and true to his word he didn't, despite the time, effort and mileage he put in. Not every key fits every lock, on this occasion it didn't and was a job for the AA.

Came out to the car at the agreed time and carried out the work of a replacement key and remote fob.
