We have never had a dehumidifier before so I'm not sure how good ours is compared with others, however it is working and the house is much more comfortable. I looked at lots of reviewsbefore choosing the RubyDry. We thought we would go for a higher spec product hoping it would last longer. The product arrived promptly but didn't work - switched to the check control after one minute. I called up Dry-it-out the next day and they said it must have been damaged in transit. They arranged an immediate replacement with the delivery driver to pick up the faulty one. This happened the next day and the new one is working fine. I was worried that we had made a bad choice but Dry-it-out said this machine was a good choice for us (four bedrrom house) and most of their clients still had the same appliance after 10 years.

Product was ordered online delivered next day. Service from DIO was excellent. Excellent product even though there was a problem with the first one, quickly replaced by DIO.

I ordered 6 boxes of Paraffin extra ( 66 litres) on Tuesday 24th February I was very pleased to have them delivered within 24 hours, this is a very good fuel I use to heat my conservatory, little or no condensation, and a very efficient heating system using the Inverter 3200 a previous purchase from Dry it out Ltd. But I was disappointed that the offer to purchase 8 containers for a reduced price was dropped when I purchased this second batch last week.

Very good, never know have so many water in one room.

Needed a heater for my small business Office,wanted a good one though,but wanted a heater which was cheep to run ,as had tried calor. Gas heaters befor but found them expensive. To run when you have 2/3 playses to heat up, was undecided in The first playse. as was gowing to gow for the 3 kw,glad i went for this one, batteries came as well. top markes. Dry it out, .

Delivery and service excellent. Heater performs brilliantly and heat output is exceptionally good with little or no paraffin smell during burning. there is an Initial paraffin smell on startup which disappears after a short time. Only gripe is the supplier informed me that the protective battery cover on the rear of the heater has not been included from the manufacturer for the past 5 years. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Bought inverter heater from dry it out. Excellent product. Does exactly what it says it will. Arrived day after ordering as promised. About to order extra fuel from same company. Brilliant service.
