The clinic also provided a very detailed aftercare guide with clear instructions, examples, and all the do’s and don’ts after the procedure, which was super helpful especially for first-timers. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly by the staffs as well.

My experience with left me with serious concerns about transparency.

I repeatedly asked the clinic to provide the full name, certifications, and professional credentials of the surgeon who actually performed my hair transplant procedure. My requests were refused multiple times.

For any medical procedure, especially surgery, patients have the right to know exactly who is operating on them. If a clinic refuses to disclose the identity and credentials of the surgeon, then patients are essentially buying a “cat in a bag.” The clinic itself may have a strong brand, luxury marketing, and thousands of reviews, but the person performing the surgery could be inexperienced, insufficiently qualified, or lacking the certifications patients would reasonably expect.

Transparency should be a basic standard in medical ethics. Patients should never have to beg for the identity and credentials of the person performing surgery on their body.

Before choosing any hair transplant clinic in Turkey, I strongly recommend asking for the surgeon’s full name, medical qualifications, licenses, and documented experience — and reconsidering carefully if the clinic refuses to provide them.
