I ordered 2 lipglosses from Dr Nima earlier this year. When I tried it, it didn’t work so I emailed Dr Nima’s customer support to ask if I could return the gloss that I had unopened, and had no response. So I messaged on Instagram and the customer service has been really terrible. Responses were minimal, slow and unhelpful. It says on the Dr Nima website that returns are possible as long as the gloss is unopened, you do need to email customer service to make a return though - but the customer service make returns impossible. They don’t respond. They’re the worst company I have ever purchased from. Not only does the gloss not work but their customer service is appalling. Please do not waste your money on this.

Do not spend your money in this product. First of all it does not work AT ALL. Second of all it leaves an itchy sensation in your lips. You think you are spending more money for a product that is worthy, this isn't.

I’ve been wanting a good lip plumper for a while and decided to go with Dr Nimas after getting recommended it by friends.

I was a little skeptical at first but this really does work, it makes my lips look a lot plumper and “filled”. It does feel a little tingly at first but it’s not bad at all and you get used to it very quickly (just feels like it’s working).

The effects last a few hours so I reapply whenever I want that extra plump. The metal roller ball leaves a nice cooling effect to the lips and the product overall feels to be of high quality.
All in all, I love this plumper and it has become a staple in my makeup routine (before or after other lip products).
Highly highly recommend!!

I would love to give 0 stars to the Dr Nima Lip Plumping Rose edition as is not even worthy of 1 star.
Lip plumper does not work, just leaves uncomfortable sensation. I'm annoyed given the price of the product, definitely would advise not to buy.

In addition they have a very patronising, passive aggressive customer service team who seem to leave comments and send emails that are as useless as this poor quality product.

I absolutely love this lip plumper! Makes the lips look natural and full whilst keeping them moisturised and it doesn’t feel sticky. The subtle rose scent is really nice!
Would highly recommend!

Brought this product for my wife last Christmas as there was a offer. It worked a charm, you can clearly see the difference after using it. My wife has used several products yet none have worked like this. She definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to buy it, and definitely would continue to buy from here.

Do not buy, it doesn’t work. I have tried multiple lip plumping enhancers and this is by far the most expensive and the worst I have ever tried. If you want a decent lip plumper go for the soap and glory one! Do not waste your money on this rubbish!!!

Dr Nimas lip enhancing product is my absolute go to from the moment I discovered it. I use it right before I apply my makeup so by the time I finish the formula has activated giving my lips that extra plump look. I recommend this product to those who want a natural plump look without getting fillers.

I bought this because of the BOGOF offer in Jan 2021, and it honestly does absolutely nothing. As the other reviews state, it really burns which I assume is supposed to trigger some kind of swelling, but all it does is burn and make your lips and the immediate surrounding skin a very irritated red. It sits on the lips like a serum and you're instructed to not do anything for 10 minutes while it dries, but mine took SO much longer than that, and if you roll your lips even the slightest bit and this gets in your mouth, it chilli burns your tongue and throat. I even put a second application on when it had dried for a really fair trial and 2 coats did absolutely nothing but cause pain. I daren't even kiss my daughter until I washed it all away because of how irritating it is on the skin. Really wouldn't recommend.

Love how this product is packaged, very elegant and one of the best best lip enhancing lip glosses I’ve used, it layers the perfect amount on the lips, it’s my go to after applying my lip liner for the extra finishing plump look. Honestly such an amazing product, absolutely love using it. Can’t recommend it anymore, must have lip gloss & the Matt for a perfect pout. 💋

I love using the Revive lip enhancer to add fullness to my lips! As someone who has used a few different lip plumping products, I can say this one really works to give you a beautiful natural plump effect. The rose scent is subtle and beautiful, and it glides on so smoothly. Highly recommend!

Love the way this product naturally plumps my lips! The packaging is beautiful and convenient to carry around for when I need a top-up. Difficult to find good lip plumpers that actually work these days, but I think I have finally found one! I also love that it comes as a gloss and as matte, making it such a versatile product.

The Revive Matt and Gloss lip enhancers are absolutely GORGEOUS! They really give the perfect tingle and plumpness to my lips! The Matt plumper I use as a hydrating base coat and the gloss I use as a plumping top coat on top of a matt lipstick! LOVE these! HIGHLY recommend!

Love the Revive Lip enhancers. The Gloss is soooo moisturising for my lips (in comparison to the Matt which dries after 10-15 minutes). The packaging and scent are also to my liking. I do feel that the Matt is slightly stronger in terms of the sensation.
All in all both products are great.

Despite its price, the lip plumper does absolutely nothing apart from stinging your lips! Feels like a gimmick

The lip gloss made me cough and the back of my throat sting. I think there is something in the product which is not meant to be applied to the lip. My lips didn’t plump at all.

Have tried other plumping products before but found that they were drying. This glides on easily, gives a natural but effective plump and is moisturising. Smells lovely too, and love the packaging.

I’ve been wanting to enhance my lips for a few years but feel fillers aren’t for me - I then came across this product and it was the perfect match for me! It gives me a natural plump on all occasions!

The Revive Matt and Gloss lip enhancers are my absolute favourites! Both feel and smell amazing and make my lips so plump and full! 100% recommend.

It’s one of my fave lip products ever. I’m not really one for a gloss so the Matt plumper works perfectly, doesn’t sting too much and gives my lips a real full plump. Plus - it smells divine. I have actually gifted a few friends with it and they said the same. Highly recommend!
