Clyde House Dental Surgery happily made NHS appointments for June 2023 for the family back in December 2022. In June 2023, when I called 3 days before the appointment, I was told they had cancelled us! They then offered to rebook us as private clients! The appointments were due 19th June 2023, so I believe before their NHS contract came to an end on 1st July 2023. I asked to speak to the practice manager. No one called. It seems NHS patients aren't important enough to bother with, even though I believe that they are still under contract with the NHS until 1st July 2023.
