I sent the shoes pack and required the return because it was quite hurt when I tried at home ( purchased online). After waiting over 10 days, no one emailed back or let me know any kind of information even though they said they thibrejected and had no refund. I have been worried because my parcel could be lost, I have to pay $15 for the return. I have sent emails 3 times and received email rejection, ok then but they just leave it there forever and I don't think they will send it back. To me that's really bad experience and I don't think I will buy or let my friends purchase stuff from here. Thanks.

-Beware of RRP when shown as discounted as they raise the RRP to make the price look further discounted, reported several times and not change.
-Iconic English Shoes, Look under MADE IN ENGLAND for those of quality still.
Would be great if on the website a UNION JACK on the English Shoes.
-Austrlalian prices far more than other countries :-( unless they are on sale :-)
