The very poor service and very…

The very poor service and very expensive storage in Stroud!

Had been renting 40sqft for 10yrs here under Western Storage, great service & fair price. Not anymore!!
The new owners Drive up storage have nearly doubled the cost from £70pm to £134pm in a year! First they increased the 70 to 90 by adding insurance £20pm no notice given, they took that off when I supplied proof of insurance at £15 a year. Then they raised the price to 90 again no notice. Then the final insult they did give notice of a rise from 90 to 134. I have now left along with others i met clearing out their units for the same reasons because the price is no longer fair. Found 40sqft in Stroud for £80 with no price rise 12month guarantee. My advise, look around for fairer more transparent service, these do not deserve your hard earned money.
