this was the easiest purchase ive ever made!Ashlie was incredible! she was so kind and patient and took the time to make sure i understood everything, she answered all my questions . I had a late appointment but she had no problem staying past closing to make sure i could walk out with the car i wanted. I will definitely be recommending her

Unfortunately, the car I originally purchased had an unexpected issue, but that’s where Jon, the manager, truly went above and beyond. He worked quickly to get me into the same year, make, and model as my original car, making the exchange process seamless and stress-free. The paperwork was fast and easy, and he made sure I left completely satisfied.

Worked with Jonathan C. and he was very helpful, no pressure and made the car buying experience as simple as possible. Very nice, personable and honest. I liked how they set up the test drive and especially liked the check list you go over with the sales person to make sure all car functions work properly, as it's easy to overlook things when you're dealing with all that's going on with a car purchase. If I could leave no stars I would. Total bait and switch on down payment and payments. The finance sept is a joke, I sent my info and they kept asking for the same things then when I questioned what they were doing they came back with a high down payment and no explanation. Customer service if they answered the phone were no help at all.

The whole car buying experience was great. Real easy and relatively quick. First, I was very pleased that I even got approved to buy a car. My credit is in terrible shape . They had pretty much everything taken care of, before I even got to the dealership. My car was priced below fair market value. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. I bought my car at the Van Nuys California location and my salesperson, Ashlie, was awesome. She was very helpful and super nice. She even gave me a tip on how to help with my credit situation. All in all, everything went real good. I only have one complaint….my car was dirty on the outside. I would’ve appreciated being able to drive away in a fresh clean car. They told me that since Covid, they haven’t had any lot attendants….so I didn’t hold it against them.

I’m really happy with my purchase, they have great customer service .!

Walked in expecting your stereotypical car salesman and to my surprise I received the most excellent experience and hospitality from a honest hard working family man shoutout to Reyes very professional straight forward no run around or jumping thru hoops when you work with these guys this is how car buying should be very pleased anyone looking for a used car fast and easy this is the one stop spot.
