Everything one was pretty friendly but the car was dirty and needed a full detailing. We had to ask them to fill the car up with gas. You all need to work on making sure the cars you sale are clean and ready go when the car is sold. That’s the only thing that almost made me not purchase that vehicle.

Tyler was absolutely incredible! He was extremely nice and showed me multiple options that I was qualified for. We put him through the wringer with out of state paperwork and he was so great in helping me get a new car!

A lot of vehicle's to choose from. I got a super clean SUV at a fair market price. The approval process was fast and easy. The staff ( Quinton and Martell) were great and were easy to work with ….
Exceeded my expectations

Guys there made my car buying experience wonderful, Quentin and Tyler were excellent help I love my Malibu! I mean it has a lil flaws but I can fix those things! Over all excellent experience thanks guys for all yall help.

Mr Rico he was the best manager there I've ever have seen in this business like I came and I was looking for help looking for help calling and calling and then he answer the line and he provided exceptional service Mr Josh he was friendly fast helpful great energy Mr Steven he was feeling helpful and did all he cut to try to help it and was really nice the whole staff which is exception well and this is my first car out of two years and I really needed help and they did everything I could to help me and I told them my situation that I was having a hard time getting back and forth to work and they zero In on my situation and did everything that could to help me and now I have a nice brand new car because of the great staff that was there thank you so much time I will refer anyoneone see you guys and you guys get a 100% score thank you so much drivetime you're the best. Tyler was amazing. Stayed way beyond closing time to help us. All of the staff was amazing and catered to us. They go above and beyond to help.

I shopped online for quite a while. And finally made the decision to go in person. The SE Nashville location was awesome. I am a joker and they made me feel comfortable while being funny. They were very friendly and made the atmosphere a positive one. Tyler my salesman was not overwhelming. He was patient and very informative.

SOLD ME CAR THAT HAS SAFETY ISSUES,AND EXTENDED WARRANTY WONT EVEN PAY FOR TOWING TO DEALER,DONT GET SILVER ROCK DONT FINANCE THRU BRIDGECREST AND DONT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME.
