Updates caused massive issues, Windows boot loops that took massive amounts of time and pain to fix, never again will I trust this company to keep my PC up to date, it's not worth the hassle of having to redownload windows when it messes up

It works as intended
I am not sure if you cover every drivers on computers, but the ones that you do help me update drivers on PC's. I don't have to do them one at a time. It would be nice if you could start working with Apple produce. As far as I am concern your product does what it is intended for--thank you.

I like the ease of access
I like the ease of access, simplicity of language (minimal jargon), and overall perfomance. Plus, it saves me a fortune on norty anti-virus sites who constantly send me messages that my "Drivers are out of date" and "causing critical crashes" then offerin g to fix it for a furher amount, even though I have purchased their "Ultimate" AV package.

Driver Easy is just that: Easy
Driver Easy is just that: easy to use and worth the not-insignificant annual charge. Plus, it found driver updates for all of my computers - some so old they are still running Windows 7 - that the native PC software, if any, either didn't or couldn't.

Improved Performance of a New Computer
I set up a new computer but it was not running as it should after the manufacturer's set up including updating drivers. So I tried Driver Easy and it found many drivers that needed updating and the computer has run very well since then.
