My computer was performing very slow

I found the app very easy to use
I found the app very easy to use. It doesn't seem to take a strain on the system which is good. I think the company is going in the right direction with the customer in mind. The first step in my opinion is the ease of how it works when activated, very little strain on my system.

Instructions were easy to follow
Instructions were easy to follow. The main reason for instillation was that my speakers do not work and after researching, I learned that it ccould be because of out dated driver. The instillation did not work on my speakers.

Driver Easy the Great App
Driver easy is great app. I have used it for more than three years, and there has never been an issue with it. It updates my drivers whenever I run it (if there are available updates), and it picks up the drivers that there are updates for and I simply restart my computer.

I believe the driver for my printer…
I believe the driver for my printer wasn't correct. Everytime I updated my printer's driver from Drive Easy it would show printer offline I finally contacted Brother and they downloaded from their site. So I'm going to ask for a refund

They helped me out a lot
They helped me out a lot, they even fixed the WiFi on my motherboard that I thought was broken as I had someone try to update the driver, but it still didn't work until I purchased this app, and that wasn't even the reason I got this app in the first place
