One star because I couldn’t do no stars!! This company is horrible!! I ordered shoes July 2021 and NEVER received anything!! I tried emailing them and it says not a valid email!! I have not been able to contact them…even when calling!! Do NOT order from this company. I’m out $100 and cannot get a response from them at all. Now I can’t even put the date it happened on

Horrible customer service! Good luck if you they send you the wrong size shoes. They will NEVER respond to you.

Never received half of my order. Won’t return any emails and doesn’t provide a phone number for customer service. I am out nearly $200.

I bought a pair of sneakers and two hoodies from them and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. Whan I went to look online for them again, the website turned bogus and I can't find any sneakers

Absolutely terrible company all around. Bootleg Air Force 1s, company does not care and will not refund or even exchange your order. I hope they get put out of business absolutely terrible.

I would like to give them ZERO stars. This company is AWFUL. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in Nov 2021 and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I reached out six times and have been told I would receive a refund. Two months later & still NOTHING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered two pair of shoes back in late October. The first pair of shoes arrived in the beginning on January which was fine because I read the reviews and they all said they take about 2-3 months to get to you. The second pair however has yet to arrive. I have tried emailing, contact through Instagram, and the refund email address that is posted. I have gotten no response from anyone. I gave plenty of time for the error to be corrected. It is extremely rude and ridiculous for a business to leave all of the emails unanswered. Although I do love my first pair of shoes, I unfortunately will never recommend this company to anyone, at all. I am now out a pair of the shoes and the money. Do NOT order from here. From what I understand, many people have had this issue.

This company if that is what you even want to call it is a scam and I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing my son shoes for Christmas that never came after multiple attempts to email the company for them to send obvious automated delayed reasons as to why they have not sent shoes yet. I ordered these shoes back in November of 2021 and it is May of 2022. $100 down the toilet and I did report this company. Especially reading all of the reviews, I am surprised the authorities have not been active in investigating this company! Shame on these frauds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT REAL!

Never got my shoes or any updates on the order. It just shows that it's waiting to me shipped.bern waiting for 5 months now.

Please do not buy from this Company and waist your hard earned money. Never received items. They send you emails after you leave bad reviews and "apologize" saying label was created etc. Since the items never showed I had to spend extra money to buy my Granddaughter gifts.
They like to give shoes to Influencers to promote but don't take care of paying customers. This small business are nothing but scammers, especially after reviewing all the other bad reviews!!!

I order 2 pairs of shoes from here back in September. It has now been 3 months and I still haven't gotten my shoes. I have tried to contact their customer service team multiple times in the past month and haven't gotten any reply or update.

Scam scam scam! You pay and never receive your shoes! No customer service number and sent over 15 emails with no response! Finally had to file a dispute with my bank!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!

This company is horrible and it scammed so many people right before the holidays. It's criminal. I ordered shoes and received nothing. I emailed the customer service email address and got a generic response which appears automated. I reported them to my bank and BBB. Disgusting

Super poor service. The website showed that delivery would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Ordered a shoe in mid September thinking that it would arrive by end October just in time for my birthday but I guess I was wrong. Now it’s mid December and I still haven’t received my shoes yet. Emailed them and asked for a full refund but they just ignored my email. Is the service that customers should get? Would never come back here.

I orderd a Nike set to be delivered next day I left it 2 days fought nothing of it then had to email them personally to ask where it was, I was then emailed back saying that my order was flagged as fraudulent… even after I already payed for it. They told me I can get a refund then started ignoring my emails and still waiting for them to email me back now. bank of Scotland said to me they get calls like mine complaining daily because of this website!!! Do not order from here

I made an order in Oct 5. I reviewed the order in the website and it is not in transit yet. customer service is busy. Nobody answer my calls. I do not recommended to buy nothing in this website.
