Please do not buy from them

Please do not buy from them . Proper scam , 2 months that I'm waiting to receive my item. More than 50 emails exchanged ti hear the same kind of bullshit.
I have lost the money and never received the pair of boots!!

Do not believe a word they say

Do not believe a word they say. My wife ordered a dress for a wedding in May. It arrived to late and when contacted they agreed to a 50% refund and keep the dress. Between May and November, I contacted them by e-mail 17 times and received so many excuses and promises of refund until 2oth Nov 22 when they refused to contact me. Don't touch this company with a Bargepole.

I would not even give them a 1 star

I would not even give them a 1 star. I ordered my products in October 2022 I am still waiting for them to deliver them. They swear they were delivered but both my ring camera and blink camera prove otherwise. No parcel was delivered I am now awaiting a refund which they say I don’t deserve.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could, I ordered a dress on the 5th April, the dress didn’t arrive in time for the event needed so I cancelled my order, they tried to get me not to cancel, and wait for the dress to arrive for any future events.
I told them I wanted my money back, Four months later and no refund, so I have just handed my details to my legal team to get my my back , I will update if I get my refund.
Very disappointed customer

Avoid!

Ordered 2 dresses in 15/11/21, by the beginning of December they had still not arrived. I contacted the support centre who stated the items would arrive by 18/12/21. On the 20/12/21 I contacted them again as they had still not arrived. It is no 29/12/21 and I have still not received the items. As far as I am concerned they have not supplied the items within a reasonable time frame and now I am struggling for a refund.
Avoid this company.

Don’t recommend

My clothes took well over a month to arrive and the sizes were horrible! Some too big, some too small and the material was cheap. Forget returning. You get a “ticket.” I never could reach a live person. I will never, ever order from dresslilly again!

Cheap nasty crap from China, don’t waste your money! Bought a Halloween dress that’s so badly made it’s unwearable! Took ages to arrive. Didn’t know I was buying from China until I got the PayPal receipt!

All the sizes from this company are totally wrong they are about 4 sizes too small,the quality is not brilliant if you want to return the clothes you have to do it at your own expense to Hong Kong. Poor service, don't bother

Bought a casual office blazer that looked stunning in the website product photo. What arrived barely resembled that promised item, the material was thin, of terrible quality and it just hung limply without holding any shape. After contacting customer service I was offered a refund or exchange. I went for the exchange deciding to give them a chance -- shouldn't have bothered. The most horrific pair of plastic boots arrived, once again, nothing like what the product photo on their website advertised. Avoid at all cost.

Bad and late.

Clothes came super late and were badly manufactured. It was the worst quality I‘ve ever seen. The button holes were simply cuts in the fabric. Do not buy.

Costly international returns

Returns require an international tracked shipment at your cost (UK to Spain in my case), so not really cost effective. I returned my item for exchange anyway, as the item received following the size guide was too small, but despite this additional cost, I didn't receive a replacement. Now the majority of correspondence regarding the return appears to have been deleted from my account.
I now have no item and I'm out of pocket to the original purchase price plus the international shipping cost to return.
Really not worth the risk when there are so many companies that do much better - I've certainly learnt a costly lesson and won't be using again.

Love dresslily! Cute clothes.

I bought a bathing suit! Super cute, good quality. Came with in a few weeks. There was a sewing issue on the top and contacted them and they refunded in full to buy another one and donate the other one. They responded and refunded quickly.

Quick delivery, good service

Hi. When i saw adverts of swimming suits on FB, I thought, they are nice.. Took a chance and ordered one. Delivery was quick ( 1 week), unfortunately it was too big, so Ive asked to exchange it to smaller size, I had quick response and another suit been sent in a week time again.
Very happy with service..Not sure why it is low rating..Or may be Ive been just lucky? :)

Avoid !!! Purchased 3 items from Dresslily added…

Purchased 3 items from Dresslily added express shipping and my bill came to £72 , I ordered in May was told paying for express shipping meant 5-7 day delivery but possible delays due to Covid ! 7 weeks later I received two of the items I ordered plus a bill for £18 customs charges from fed ex ! I contacted the support centre via the app and asked about the swimsuit I ordered and was told it won’t be with me until September! So I said I want to cancel it and get a refund plus the two tops I ordered where nothing like the pictures and very poor quality like something from wish! And customer services told me I was spamming them and disconnected our chat , so I tried again only to get the same customer advisor who said “ I’ve told you stop spamming me and go away” and disconnected me again ! I have proof of purchase and everything they asked for to verify what I was saying is true but I’m left out of pocket £90 including the customs charges and have two very badly made tops to show for it and no replies to my emails or requests for refunds ! Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company they are getting products from China selling them from America and charging way too much for the actual items and that’s when you actually get them . AVOID
