Terrible quality, don’t waste your money!!

On 2/1/24 I ordered a Eucalyptus sheet set from dreamsheets.com.au (Order no DS1070) for $175.00. I was under the impression from the website that the sheets were of high quality and a quality relative to the price. On the first use of the sheets after around 10 days I noticed that they were already pilling, especially the pillowcase. I have contacted the company through various channels (email, facebook, instagram) over 10 times to ask about how to return this faulty product, but despite proof of them reading the messages, they never respond. Now have you go through Fair Trading. Save your time and money and don’t buy these sheets.
