Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're sorry to hear you feel this way, but we'd like to reassure you that every competition draw is completely genuine. We post the winner immediately after every live or auto draw across our social media channels, and all draw results are permanently available on our website under the Draw Results section.
For complete transparency, entry lists are also available to view before each draw, and we regularly share winner photos when customers are happy to send them to us.
Transparency is extremely important to us, and we're always happy to answer any questions about our competitions or draw process. We encourage anyone with concerns to take a look at our draw results and winner announcements, which are publicly available.
