Excellent variety of competition from a prestigious company s…
Excellent variety of competitions couple with instant wins which I really like. Yes I've had a few very small instant wins still waiting to hit a major one. Play as little or as often as you like. There's do many various games you can play with draws every few days. Where else can you play 1 pence to win £1000 or 7 pence to win £7,777. If I'm budgeting I try the win tickets competitions as you can win 500 or 1000 tickets on a upcoming draw to win a car or a campervan. One day I would love to get some good news that my number has come up and walk away with a campervan. All in all its a great way to enter comps from your phone. Knowing that the company run it right and if you do win a major prize say a campervan and you don't need or want it they will give you a cash alternative. For me I play now and again and Dreams 2 Reality gives me me the option to play as little or as often as I please. Its a quality company that runs it right with 1000s of lucky winners. So it's worth downloading the app and sign up so you know what upcoming draws are available.

This company is good and bad hotel with the good first great prizes very low ticket prices the odds are a bit crap to be fair but if you buy the numbers you do win and five pence ago or 10 pence is worth having 20 quid or so on it of one some small prizes a few times now for the Bad the bad is when I've won these prizes yes they send you an email at night telling you you've won the prize but trying to contact them the next day to get the prize or the money is just hard work you have to contact them you have to wait god knows how long for an email in case one of them is out the office or the boss is in a meeting then you probably have to send another email because the first ones not been answered so all you seem to be doing is chasing this company to get paid all morning their payment system is just virtually non-existent I'm on other websites and one and they pay instantly with their website or at least an hour later this company don't have anything like that you have to do at the old-fashioned way contact them and when they've got out of bed they eventually contact you but that's the only thing what lets says company down is their payment system you do get paid eventually after sending email after email after email but it's a shame because it is a good company it's just a payment system is atrocious everything else is good with the site but payment system needs replacing

Both the website and the app are hopeless, they freeze all the time and then crash my phone. On the odd occasion it works it's so slow and clunky that it takes an age to navigate anywhere. Frustratingly bad.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We’re really sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing problems with both the website and app. We completely understand how frustrating it must be if they’re freezing, running slowly or causing your phone to crash.
At the moment, we haven’t received any other reports of similar issues with either the app or website, so we’d really like the opportunity to look into what may be causing this for you specifically.
Please get in touch with our team and let us know what device you’re using and whether the issue is happening on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both. We’ll be more than happy to investigate and try to get everything running properly for you.
