went through all the different comfort tempu mattresses with my mum who is disabled and finds it hard enough laying on a mattress...the manager went above and beyond helping my mum in every single way

Very helpful great service

had x 2 deliveries from dreams- not sure which one I am reviewing as did not get round to doing it. Both deliveries went smoothly. They knew what they were doing. I was not present for the first one, was present for the second one, and the guy made sure the ottoman bed was opening and closely properly as these are trick bed to assemble

Exelent service

The service by the team at Dreams when they assembled the headboard and divan on arrival. They also removed the old divan.

Our visit to dreams in Ruislip was excellent the female member of staff welcomed us warmly and proceeded to take us through Dreams system explaining and answering all our questions fully. We chose our bed/mattress and we were given our delivery date.
A few days before an email arrived giving us full details of our delivery. We then got a phone call confirming our delivery date and time followed next day by delivery driver calling us to say they would be with us in twenty minutes and they were. Delivery an instaltion of the bed was done very swiftly and the old bed and packaging was removed. Full demonstration of how to operate safely our new Ottoman bed was given. So all round a superb experience with Dreams first class. The only thing missing was the follow up email so I could highly praise and rate the delivery team.
As a final point having slept on our new bed for a week I can say my Wife are delighted with our choice of mattress so comfortable.

Efficient polite very quick and competent

Took my elderly aunt here to get a mattress. The sales assistant was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the choices available and directed us towards the mattresses within our price range. It was delivered within a week and she is very happy with it.

Showroom assistant was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us space to browse without hovering over us and asking endless questions relating to whether we would be buying or not. He gave us detailed information about 'extras' but it did not feel like we were being pressurised. Delivery team were great too, they communicated with us well, they came on time and assembled our bed very quickly. They wore shoe coverings which was appreciated and they were very tidy

flaxby mattress is most uncomfortable and has too many sink in pockets

Our visit to Dreams in Ruislip was very rewarding lots of helpful advice and the chance to try various mattress's was excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful especially Kayal.
Look forward to receiving our new bed /mattress.

Absolutely amazing service from the store right up to delivery , everything amazing

The staff were friendly and there was no hard sell. We were shown around in a professional manner and the staff explained everything so well. We were offered hot drinks, it was a very good experience all round
