Would give a 0 If Possible

Would give a 0 If Possible. Horrible Service, disgusting attitude from the "Owner". Thank goodness for Gary who actually helped me with my brake problem. We took our bikes in for service and spent over $400 in accessories. We checked the bikes brakes, ride, etc before we brought them in, everything was good, we just wanted a tune up. We picked up the bikes after the tune up and my brakes were screeching. They weren't when we brought the bikes in. I mentioned this when I brought the bike back to be looked at. The "owner" right away says its not my responsibility. I say well they weren't screeching when we brought the bikes in for service. He was rude, ignorant, aggressive, and escalated to where he was yelling at me as I wouldn't back down - I have dealt with a lot of "little man insecurity syndrome" before. Thank goodness for one of his employees Gary who was kind and said no problem I will take a look and contact you. I picked the bike up later that day and it was fixed apparently something got on the brakes and he cleaned it up. The owner is a sad, small minded man who has banned us from going into his shop. As far as I am concerned its a favor and well blessed. Good riddance, there are too many other good cycle shops in the area with kind people. Avoid at all costs.

ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU

Today being a Sunday and a Holiday Weekend
My Dog Jak and Me had an emergency situation with our bike.
Jak rides on his Buddyrider Bike Seat
On the Bike with Me.

While Riding, the seat post clamp broke causing the Seat to go down to the bottom of the post and allowing Jaks seat to sway from side to side.

Making this a VERY
Dangerous situation for the BOTH of us.
