DRC Blinds Reviews 

We had a disappointing experience with DRC Blinds. During the consultation, we were given the impression that the blinds would provide a near-blackout solution and that we would have the option of opening them from the top. However, after installation, the blinds did not perform as expected, with significant light coming through the sides and the bedroom blind also not being properly aligned.

We contacted the company to explain the issues and, while we were initially frustrated with the situation, we appreciate that they responded and offered to remove the blinds and provide a full refund.

Our main disappointment was that we would have preferred to receive the blinds that we understood had been discussed and agreed upon, rather than having to go through the process of removal and refund. We hope the company can improve communication between consultations, quotations, and installation to avoid similar situations for future customers.

Debated whether or not to go with a company doing blinds of buying off the shelves, decided to go with DRC Blinds and so glad I did. It is a more expensive option but so worth not having the stress of measuring and fitting. Had to wait due to pandemic but kept in touch. Whole experience painless without the hard sell and very very pleased with blinds in living room and kitchen

What a great service from start to finish. Ordered new blinds for our new build house, Julie was fantastic at arranging for the windows to be measured, and the blinds were fitted all for a very reasonable price. So happy even ordered more blinds.

What a fantastic company! Julie and Tony you are wonderful people that have made our house look beautiful with our new shutters. It was lovely to have such professionals that knew what were they doing and advise what would look the best. They were not pushy to make a sale to a point I have now ordered shutters for the patio doors and kitchen as I could not make a decision on what to do before moving in.
