I wish I would have read these before I ordered I was so angry at their customer service
I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order but they took my money when they responded to my email they told me it was because it never went through which it did I sent them proof no response no help
Just flat out lie and ignore me

Ordered but did not use products. Tried to call but was on hold forever, then it just hung up. Tried many many times. Have emailed customer service.

And I keep getting a subscription charge--I never signed up for a subscription. I only ordered a product one time.

Totally frustrated. Won't ever use them again! And the contents of the product are not what it was online. Bait and switch!

Horrible customer service, and they charged me for a suscription I never authorized.

Steer clear! Placed my order in July and still haven’t received anything. Was told two weeks ago they would get back to me soon on the status of my order and still nothing. Calling my credit card to report this fraudulent company.

My recent order placed on JUNE 25th was based on the *Organic ingredients specifically listed on their anti plaque toothpaste, on their website. I finally received my order on JULY 27th. Only to find that the tube ingredients label is covered with a sticker listing different ingredients. None of which are *Organic. Apparently they changed the formula considerably AFTER I placed my order? I ordered the 3pack. The ingredients on the cover-up stickers are not something I would agree with or order. Their site states that Oral care returns are not accepted. However, this is False Advertising. This not acceptable.

This is a horrendous company to deal with. I placed an order the first week of May. Nearly two months went by and I did not receive it. During this time I contacted them countless times and was given flat out lies as excuses. It wasn't until I left a negative review that suddenly they were available. I received a partial order. To this day my requests for a refund for the missing items have been completely ignored. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, there are other companies with clean products who actually function ethically.

By far the worst customer experience I’ve experienced in a long time. I ordered toothpaste and mouthwash bundles on May 20th, it is now July and I have not received anything. I contacted 2 separate times for a refund and was told the order was processed but not shipped so I can’t get a refund. I don’t even want the product anymore, I just want my money back. If anyone is reading this, don’t throw your money away by ordering from this company as they are just keeping my money with no indication and seemingly no intent on delivering the product I paid for. I should not have to wait a month and a half for toothpaste. At the very least, don’t take my money unless you can produce the product. This is not a kickstarter campaign and I’m not willing to donate to a crooked company.

We bought a set of REJUVENATE PROTECT CITRUS HAND SANITIZER. Half of the pumps did not work. It was harsh, skin-irritating fluid. We'll never use, buy, or recommend any of the products.
