For anyone reading Dr Hemmings reply :-
I DID have 3 treatments, 14th Jan, 13th Feb and 13th March, done by yourself, following my consultation for "Age spots and pigmentation". You advised the marks would go darker and then fade after thetreatment,they did not. You mentioned that the technician who usually undertakes this procedure was away and it would be a chance for you to "play" with the machine.
It would be refreshing for you to accept your errors, firstly on the number of treatments and the fact that you did not treat for pigmentation as requested and paid for as part of my treatment.

I initially went to Thames Skin Clinic because I'd developed some permanent marks on my chin and wanted to know what they were and whether they could be removed.

Dr Anna scanned my whole face and broke the news that the marks on my chin were thread veins and that my years of living under the sun in Asia had also damaged other areas of my face too.

I hadn't noticed any of that because my freckles disguised them.

She proposed a course of three Cutera XL V-plus laser treatments to reduce redness and destroy the thread veins, which was done in their lovely clinic by the amazing Laura.

The results are amazing and I feel like I look five years younger.

I highly recommend a consultation with Dr Anna at Thames Skin Clinic to anyone who's spent any sustained time in the sunshine whether you've used sunblock or not.

You may have many of the same (or more serious) issues I had and not noticed them yet.

Dr Anna completely understood my needs and put together a well thought out plan. Already seeing results and loving it.

I had a fantastic experience at The Thames Skin Clinic. The clinic has space to park outside and is in discreet location and a beautiful building. I had mole removal with plasma treatment. I had a number of moles removed from my face & back. The team were friendly and professional, I was impressed that it is a doctor led clinic and the aftercare was very good.
Most importantly I was delighted with the results - I can't see any marks from where my moles used to be.
Dr Anna Hemming is incredibly experienced and knowledgable, I wouldn't trust anyone but her to treat me. I have recommend her to a number of my friends and they are also delighted and loyal clients.

Avoid this clinic! Left with severe discolouration and marks on my legs after sclerotherapy, no follow up or after care, plus you have to buy the compression tights yourself in advance! Very money orientated business, there are better options out there.

I've been prescribed the Zo products for my rosacea (around 9 of them). This line is costly and presumably does wonders for the particular problem. It seriously irritated my skin for months, and I had to go to see another specialist for a solution. As this was proven not to be the right solution for me, I was prescribed another effective treatment and not nearly close to the cost of zo products. What I got from this experience is that you always need to question the products and the recommendations you are given. My problem is very common.
The sensitivity of my skin is a significant reason for the inappropriateness of such harsh products. Not one size fits all, sadly. I am extremely disappointed. My skin is now back to normal.

I went to see Anna in April of this year for filler in the bridge of my nose to create a straighter appearance/camouflage the bump. I had been looking into rhinoplasty but decided to try out a 'non-surgical nose-job' first to see how it looked. I had never had filler or needles anywhere near my face before and was a bit apprehensive. Anna was really welcoming,warm and professional. She was very careful during the procedure and although I had some initial brusing, this has long since gone and the difference is perfectly subtle and long-lasting. I would have no worries recommending Anna to others.

I’ve just tried the new laser today.
I had age spots,sun damage and an ugly vein to two.
I was so nervous I almost turned the car around and went home. Thank goodness I didn’t.
Lizzi and Anna explained the procedure and answered any questions. I actually hardly noticed that the treatment had started . On most areas Lizzi put on a cooling gel then all I felt was a slight ping followed by a short lived feeling of heat.

The bright red mark on my nose has disappeared already and I’m looking forward to the results on my age spots.

Dr Anna was amazing. This was my first experience at her clinic and I have to say, I felt in very good hands.
She explained everything very clearly and gave me options.
She never tried to over sell me either which I’ve had in the past.
I’m really happy with the Botox and lip filler I had. I’ll definitely be going back!

I am delighted with Dr Hemming, her approach is thoughtful and intuitive, verging on the artistic as much as the medical. She inspired confidence,  and after my first visit I could see the results immediately and was delighted. The sunken area under my eyes was no more, I rediscovered my cheeks and I looked refreshed. When I looked in the mirror I saw me but better.  None of my friends or colleagues knew I’d had “work” they all just remarked that I looked well or rested.

I recently visited Dr Anna at the Thames Clinic for a much needed post-lockdown Botox top-up. I hadn’t realised just how much all the lines and wrinkles had reappeared over this extended period (6 months since my last visit) until I saw the difference following my treatment - I look re-energised and fresh-faced. As usual the appointment was very relaxed and enjoyable - excellent as always.

I’ve been visiting Doctor Anna for over a year to revitalise my skin with topical treatments. As I grew to trust her professionally, I decided to take that bold journey to address my dark circles which have gotten worse with age. The clinic is a uncluttered minimalist space with the latest skincare equipment. It feels hygienic yet relaxing.

I am delighted with the results of my first treatment for plasma blepharoplasty with Dr Anna. What a difference in just one treatment. Dr Anna is highly professional and was really supportive, reassuring and informative. I have already booked my second treatment.

I initially went to see Anna for some dark spots, blackhead lookalikes, that were developing on my face and was told that by using the product over a period of time, these spots would improve as will my skin.

Having spent 5 months applying this product, my dark spots are no better, In fact, my skin has now developed large dark pigmentation on both cheeks.

Considering this is an expensive product and Anna’s consultation fee, applied on each visit, please be careful what you put on your face and who you get the advice from.

I had had a bad experience of filler under my eyes previously that looked lumpy & didn't quite give the freshness I wanted. I had the filler removed by a clinic & was horrified to be told I'd have to wait 3 weeks to have it re-filled! I contacted Anna in panic on a Sunday & to my amazement she replied immediately. One week later, to allow my skin to settle, she redid under my eyes and on her advice did some mid-face filler too. Anna was charming, informative & put me at ease throughout. One week later after some swelling & bruising (mainly down to my skin type) I could see the results and two weeks later I felt & looked so much better and no lumps. Anna included a follow up for me and the results were confirmed by my getting two hoots of a horn of a passing car as I left ;-) I will only be using Anna now going forward. She is fully qualified unlike many practitioners out there & teaches others which gives me further confidence. She genuinely takes enjoyment from what she does & has a great eye for aesthetics. I fully recommend her. Thank you!
