Amber went above and beyond. I was trying to track down an old season tie to repurchase for a friend who had had his stolen. Amber responded quickly, kept me up to date with her search, located and sent the tie to the store within 48hrs! Very, very good experience.

The design and materials of the boots…
The design and materials of the boots are very good, unfortunately in the pair that arrived to me, the right boot has the stitching on the instep 5 millimeters closer to the sole on the left side in relation to the right side, which makes the toe stand out. look strange.

Great Costumer Service
‘Drake’s has been lacking in customer service for a while although I had a recent interaction with a gentleman named Rueben.
From past experiences I didn’t have any hope for a good service from them, although Rueben helped me with the sizes, by measuring it and sending photos as I requested. Replies were quick and very efficient.
I might have to visit Drake’s store in London and personally thank him.
