Kit is a good price.

Great customer service. After the courier lost my parcel (no fault of Dragon Supplies), the Dragon Supplies team offered a whole range of solutions and chased the courier to ensure that it would be found and promptly delivered. Happy with the products I received and extremely happy with the engagement from the Dragon Supplies staff to ensure this was sorted.

I bought one of their bergens off eBay and although being new took it in the field during an exercise last month and the thing already started falling apart, was embarrassing to say the least and although advertised with a "lifetime guarantee" it seems they won't touch it unless it's bought through them as out an outlet, very disappointing to say the least and i can't say I would be using their products again.

I have placed an order on 19 Sept 2015 and they charged my credit card account (some GBP 42) on 22 Sept 2015. They also sent me an update about my purchase. However, the problems are:
1. I have not yet received my purchase till now (6 Nov 2015)
2. Unable to log in "My Account"
3. They did not respond to my e-mails urging them to send the purchase
4. They did not respond to my message left in their "contact me" web service

My order number is 1713013

I just want other customers-will-be to know more about the credibility of Dragon Supplies, and my money back.

The item I ordered from Dragon Supplies arrived with the plastic bubble already cut open. I rang them, they apologised, and refunded the cost of the item on return, together with the cost of return postage. No hassle, no silly excuses, no arguments. I'd feel happy buying from them again - though I would have preferred the goods to be in best condition in the first place!
