I enjoyed playing their games for some time, but when I finally accumulated enough winnings to redeem, they unexpectedly banned and closed my account. I was supposed to receive over $100 in winnings, but instead, they only refunded one of my purchases for $24 and kept the remaining balance.
I have been trying to contact them for about 4 days. I have a pending $300 redemption request in and they have not replied with an efficient answer to anything I have sent. If you all don’t plan on playing out why have a scam of a website up to trick people into spending their hard earned money because at this point it’s ridiculous.
The company has now gone over a week without approving my $250 redemption. I have been in contact with customer support, and they just continue to say over and over that they have escalated the issues. According to our transcripts and communications, this should’ve been processed within 72 hours.
