Revised rating
Finally the desk got delivered with some delay.
I am revising my rating now for the following reason. The root cause of delay was due to the forwarding company and not due to DPJ.
DPJ after sales approached me after my initial rating was disclosed. I'd like to express my sincere appreciation towards the Swedish HQ's who handled this very professional. Problems may always occur, the difference is how these are addressed/resolved and that's been done excellent. Much appreciate Fr. Weigel!

Top quality!
Top quality desk I had from them! Only the instructions and documents need to get better. So far while I was building it I needed to find out little details by myself. So building phase took longer time then I expected.
But the product itself and the material quality is top level!

Happy
The product seems to have a good quality and is quite stable, easy to build with construction attached. It was well wrapped and arrived without any marks. Delivery could have been a little bit faster, but given it was an abroad delivery nothing you can complain.

Solid design, good quality-price ratio
Easy to order, good choice (size, color, price range), solid design, good quality-price ratio. Delivered with some delays and issues (mainly on the side of the shipping company (UPS)). Unfortunately. some damage to the desktop. Will try to get a replacement.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a height adjustable desk from DPJ. First, I was sent the wrong leg. I was sent a right leg instead of a left leg, so I had to put the leg backwards for the desk to work, for which I had to leave some screws out. After reporting the issue, I was offered the option of getting a new leg, or some little discount for the shop, and I chose the first option. I was sent another leg, which also happened to be defective; it doesn't work at all, so when I tried to raise the desk, only the opposite leg raised, while the new replacement leg didn't work at all. To make it even worse, I am expected to take care of the first leg and dispose of it, which is also an annoying thing because it is bulky waste and it is not easy to deal with. I was expecting DPJ to take back the first leg rather, but they didn't. I chose DPJ because of the good reviews, but the experience has been terrible. One mistake is understandable, but a second one straight away indicate terrible quality standards, so I will chose to stay away from DPJ. The customer service seems alright, but nothing extraordinary.

This kind of problem is easily resolved by our customer service as this factory malfunction can appear, but only prior to the utilisation of the desk, fortunately.
There are two, but rare, successive problems in your case. Don't be worry, we are keeping track on them and will contact you to solve it asap.
Regarding the damage parts at your disposal, we are asking you to trash locally for environmental purpose. It make not sense to transport them again to trash it far away.

My US credit card doesn't work at all
I had to end up using my wife's credit card because non of my card from USA works. Signing up for Klarna didn't help much either, as it was also region locked.
Perhaps it would be great to not be so restrictive on purchasing via credit card for international customers.
Otherwise the product looks great and is just what I was looking for.
