Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious. They have the most annoyingly convoluted system of computerised phone operators to press this button and then that before I can get any hope of talking to a human being. When I finally navigate that poor service I am then on hold for 25 minutes when the computerised voice comes back and tells me sorry but we cannot take your call. 1 star is far too generous but it's the lowest I could go.

No communication

No communication, don't answer emails, text, or phone calls. Can't redirect to pick up place, then they send it back to the sender. No idea what this company in Prague does except waste your time.

the worst nightmare ever

the worst nightmare ever, i bouth a high value item on a shopping app, and the parcel DID NOT delivered to ME, but to someone else tottally strange!!! they even did not contacting me about the situation and i once i tracked it i just realized it, the lady on customer service link was so rude , no apologize, no respect as if the i am the one who make the mistake not them. she couldnt help and hung up in the middle of the convo. litteraly no help and certain solving solution, they only said that they will come there and take it back and sent it back to my adress one again. but who know if the item
is still the original item that i bought??!
so frustrated !!
moreover on the day they supossed to sent parcel to me they DID not arrived ( (even on the time frame they said ) and when i called the customer service the lady sound so sure that they have been at my house and our ring door is broke so that they cant delivered it. but so funny is not so true we have camera above the door house and i know it no one came. its so stupid !!

First: delivery time between 08:00 and 20:00! Went out 10 minutes for work, they showed up (at least that's what they said) and not even a phone call.

Twice they have tried to get my family…

Twice they have tried to get my family to breach social distancing rules by trying to insist we open the door to receive parcels face to face even though we've asked them politely to put it on the doorstep. However other couriers are no problem

The worst transportation company

The worst transportation company. First I was informed that the package will be delivered at the certain day, then that day late in the afternoon I received a message that the package will come between 9 and 10 pm so I was waiting...nothing came and on their portat I could see that it was because of the address change by the recipient - I did not change anything. So the delivery time got updated to the next day in business hours...still nothing.

Terrible

After waiting 3 weeks, I notice the parcel was to be returned to sender due to wrong address, which makes no sense since the same address worked just fine two years back. Customer service took about 30 minutes to answer and informed me there was nothing they could do, since the process of returning had already begun. Furthermore they could provide no information to what was actually wrong with the delivery address. Of course my shipping fees won't be returned by the company where I bought my product and I'm down 40 dollars for absolutely nothing.
Price - disapointing ("1st class delivery", yea sure)
Customer service - disappointing, slow or overwhelmed, somewhat condescending and unhelpful
Refunds - none, thus terrible.
If I can, I will avoid their service in the future by any means necessary.

DPD doesn't show up at all

I have to take a day off to receive my packages. Each time my package will be delivered by DPD, they don't show up at all and e-mail me that I wasn't home.

this company is a joke

this company is a joke, they state they have delivery till 6 pm and you can change the delivery time if it doesn't suit you but they have no option to change the time.

Their customer support in both Czech and English are in no way customer focused and provide idiotic responses.

Why any company uses them as an intermediary i do not know

Does anyone know how to reach these…

Does anyone know how to reach these folks. I had a package sent to me on Sept 29th from Lisbon. Tracking then showed it as being in transit being returned to sender on Oct.1 - no reason given. It could not have arrived in the states and been sent back in that period of time. Since Oct 1, the status has not changed and neither the vendor nor I can get a response. How do you reach these folks? They certainly do not respond to inquiries online, and there is no English option on their automated calling. Help. I simply do not know why the package is just sitting. It is only new hats.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Never heard of such nonsense in 15 years in Prague.
And not a problem for DHL, Fedex, UPS, GLS, etc...
Also Customer Service impossible ;-(

This company is completely useless you…

This company is completely useless you can't reach them by phone or mail, every time that you want to send /receive something with them DPD will give you a time frame in which they will pick up or deliver a package they never respect their own time frame and their drivers they give you a 5-10 minutes time window to be present at the delivery/pickup point.
Honestly I will stop using any delivery services that is using this company as a 3rd party.

0 customer service, random pickup places

customer service is just an answering machine.
they leave your packages in parcel pick up places which are awkward, where it doesnt seem to have a minimum of conditions.
so dont think to send anything valuable thru them.
In other cases also the pickup places has incompatible opening times with normal working people.
I have to pickup my parcel in a shop with time 0900 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday closed.
Ridiculous.

Horrible company with bullsit service

I would never use their service again! Contact with courier is like a joke - they couldn't find your address so they put status that address is wrong. When you try to contact them other person with same number just ignore your messages.
I'm sure they have never tried to deliver my package again! they just put information that my order is returned to the seller due to incorrect address.
They also put status that my shipment is in depo but it never happened. We checked pick up point 3 times and my package never came there.

No customer service, no proper information.

It's shame! horrible company with horrible service - I will never use them even if it will be for free...
