Beware of foreign card charges
Beware of foreign card charges. This would add up on their price. This is the ONLY website that charge this. I have bought so many watches from other websites but none charge me this. For example Tobys deal based in HK, but no charges. The company claim to be based in Victoria but no one can explain to me why this was charged on the usage on my credit card as if my card used overseas. No one get back to me. I have email directly but no explanation.
Beware to all buyer.

I’m not sure if Down Under Watches are legit. I ordered and paid for a Hamilton Jazzmaster Thinline after emailing customer service to confirm they had stock. Their website said the watch was in stock. I received a reply (not straight away but eventually) confirming they had stock. So I went ahead, ordering and paying. I received order process updates promptly, with the final update confirming the order had been completed. I was happy and impressed. Then silence. 2 days pass and I receive an email telling me they are out of stock. Wait, what? My happiness dissolved. One minute their website says they have stock. Next minute they accept my order, then process it, next minute completing it. 2 days later they discover they are out of stock. So how did my order get completed? I’m confused. Is the error that they didn’t complete the order because they don’t have the stock or is the error that they have completed the order and they do have the stock but got the out of stock wrong? When I check their website they show the watch is in stock.... still. I can’t get a reply to my emails. I have also asked them to phone me. Silence. I’m worried because they have my money and I can’t get a reply. So the question is... are they legit?

Highly recommended
Website is very user-friendly and has a vast number of watches to choose from. Purchasing using Apple Pay made things very easy and delivery took 7 days which in this day and age of Covid is pretty fair. This is the third watch I have purchased from Down Under Watches and they have never disappointed.

Slow Returns and Customer Service
If you know exactly what watch you want, with no chance of needing a return, I'd say Downunderwatches will work very well for you. Watch arrived quickly and packaged well.
When I found the watch was not suitable, I contacted customer service to process the return. Their initial reply was prompt, asking why I needed to return and stating the conditions (30 days, unused etc). When I stated I met all the criteria and queried further details (if they would accept, address, paperwork etc) I received no reply for a week. Since posting this review, customer service have been in contact with requested information. Whilst appreciated, it shouldn't take a negative review to prompt better service.
