I ordered a detox shampoo from Douglas on 4 June. It never arrived!
I contacted customer service multiple times and filled in their form (which basically accused me of lying), but no refund or replacement was ever sent.

It’s now 29 July — almost 2 months later — and still nothing. All I keep getting is “the investigation is ongoing.”

So what? Am I supposed to forget about the shampoo I paid for? I’ve been more than patient, but now I’m left with no product and no refund. Make it make sense.

Either refund me or send me the shampoo. I don’t need to wait forever for your investigation — that’s your job, not mine.

I went to Douglas in Almere . It’s the worst shopping experience ever in my life. Nobody was willing to help and finally came one sales lady with unhappy face and asked what do you want . I told her I am not sure with the colour tone, she said you just know what you want. Omg! I didn’t know the exact colour that’s why I come to the shop to ask advice . And then she walked away with angry face and use her finger pointing at me . How can such attitude existing in such big company ?! Omg really never ever go to Douglas again !!!

The Douglas offers brands that guarantee best quality. When I want to buy some perfumes or cosmetics for myself or my family, first thing to check is Douglas website. I'm always happy with a new purchase.

Price of course, free samples and small cadouties which I always receive.

Yeah it's lots of choices in there, but just a while ago I bought azzaro wanted and zadig & Voltaire parfums both don't last even a 3 hours, the same azzaro I get as a present but 50ml from ICI Paris, and whole day it's keep smelling, so it's the last time when I bought from Douglas
PS when I sprayed from tester it was good, for azzaro I even get back after few hours just to buy it cuz it was keep smelling, but the unit what they sold...

I ordered a perfume from Douglas as a gift. It was delivered to the DHL collection point, but when I picked it up, the box had been opened and the perfume was not inside. I contacted Douglas's customer service multiple times, but they have refused to do anything about it. They are simply stating that they've concluded it was delivered to me complete based on their warehouse records and weight of package, and they cannot help me. According to DHL, they have not initiated an investigation with their DHL contact person (which can legally only be initiated by the shipper).

I cannot recommend ordering from Douglas unless you are hoping to receive a cardboard box with only free gifts/samples inside.

We bought 2 perfumes worth Eur300+. First they made wrong orders. Thankfully we noticed on time. Order got corrected. They gave us 1 bottle with a promise that second will be delivered at home. They did not sent to us. And they delivered the bottle to themselves- to their shop in Alexandrium mall. So we had to go again to pick it up. They gave us some vouchers to use. We came home and checked and found that vouchers have already expired 10 days earlier.

Last time purchase. Not a good experience. Confused staff and broken promises. Unethical practices. Online shopping is better from other place
