Had tickets for my event.
Reliable, safe. Have used them for years, since the days you had to collect from their office on Charing Cross Road.
The app made it really easy to access the ticket and really easy to transfer to my friend.

Bought Barry Manilow tickets from this company and had good communication during the purchase and on posting. However after queuing at the 02 for nearly 2 hours we were told that they were fraudulent tickets. Had to buy tickets to get in. I have phoned and emailed with no response. Reported to police fraud, my bank and citizens advice.

tickets we were sent for Barry Manilow were fraudulent and we had to buy new ones to gain entry after a 2 hour queue. the mark up was crazy . bought new tickets in same zone for 70 pounds less on site

What an amazing event seller. We had purchased Boyzone tickets for 06/26 and we were right in the heavens with not the best seats (was a sellout and was all the was left) they called me to tell me a fee days ago that the tickets were sent to my email and we had been upgraded. I thought oh thats great maybe ot will be a few rows down. I had a shock when I saw that it was on the pitch right next to the stage! We had the best night and the best view. I can not thank them enough! I will be using them to purchase all of my event tickets. I have used them in the past and never any issues. Thank you so much!

Have used double 8 tickets on several occasions now . Never had an issue or problem with obtaining my tickets

I recently had a query at the weekend and after a left an email someone got back to me asap and was so helpful. I've used 88tickets for many years and I've always been really happy with the tickets and service.

Bought "Best Seats In House Front Row"
What we got was 2 front row seats jammed into the furthest corner from the stage next to a security barrier. Great seats if you want to see Peter Kays left ear with binoculars. Not happy. Would not recommend trusting this companies adverts. Very misleading

I have been using Double8tickets now for many years, never had any problems at all. Always amazing seats which I know costs more but would rather pay more to get front row seats than sit at the back of the arena and hardly see any thing

Very efficient. No problems getting tickets etc. I have always managed to purchase tickets when they are sold out everywhere else. Only issue is high mark up in price

Fabulous ‘Feel Good’ show, Both Rick & Gabrielle were absolutely brilliant.
The evening was made all the better by the amazing Seats & VIP lounge experience. 😊

excellent seats near the stage ,access easy and support staff available to guide you ,plenty amenities available but as always a queue for the toilet facilities .So we received what was expected given the cost of the tickets

We had an amazing experience with Double8! We booked to see Matt Rife at the O2. I was a little worried as the tickets don't often get released until very near the performance date. I called the phoneline and Charlotte was so helpful. It was great to be able to speak to an actual person and be assured that our ticket was all good to go. Charlotte then even upgraded us to epic front row seats AND VIP access to the AMEX Lounge. We had the best night ever. Great service, great tickets and will definitely use this fabulous agency again. bought laufey tickets, was easy to do and the customer service was very good as well and had a good time with a good view, would recommend!

Went to see Laufey at O2, had the best seats and amazing view! It was a memorable experience and the music was incredible. Wouldnt be able to have had this experience without double8tickets, good service
