I had a mixed experience with…

I had a mixed experience with Dotmaison, but overall, I’m satisfied. Their product quality is great, and delivery was quick. When I encountered an issue with a damaged item, their customer service was responsive and offered helpful solutions, though it took a bit of back-and-forth to resolve. They could improve their handling of certain situations, but I’d consider ordering from them again. Four stars!

I bought a Laura Ashley blanket which was matted and awful quality within a month. The company constantly fobbed me off, despite me sending images of the damage and asked that I 'await Laura Ashley's responce'

They have since ignored all my emails for updates and refuse to give me a refund.

And because it's taken them so long, I can no longer address this issue with paypal either.

I've had blankets from TKMaxx that have lasted longer than this, for 1/5th of the price.

They've now ceased trading, which isn't a suprise.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. They had advertised with the wrong picture of the product, sent me that anyway and refused to refund. They didn't even have what I actually wanted. I paid express delivery, had no refund of that. They took 10% off- that was it, and they were very rude to me, knowing I was in hospital. There are much kinder, deserving small businesses out there. Don't order from these awful people.

Excellent! Excellent customer service . Michael was very helpful and efficient with my order and delivery. He always responded quickly and kindly. I was delivered very quickly and am delighted with the quality of the linen I ordered.

Outstanding customer service!!

I bought some childrens musical instruments from Dotmaison, they arrived promptly in a decorative carry case, unfortunately the case had been damaged beyond repair in transit so I contacted Dotmaison customer service for a replacement. They replied the next day and were very understanding and apologetic and with no fuss whatsoever dispatched a new case to me, I would also point out the instruments were of excellent quality.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Dotmaison to anyone especially for their outstanding customer service!!

Poor customer experience

I received some beautiful mugs from Dotmaison, communication and delivery etc were as expected. Unfortunately, one of the mugs arrived with a crack down the side which was only visible when I saw liquid dripping out of the cup. As I received these as a gift and hadn't used them for 10 days after receipt Dotmaison has refused to refund or replace. I think this is extremely poor customer service.

Great Customer Service

Order was placed at 0730 on Wednesday morning and as soon as I pressed the complete order button I realised I had put the wrong delivery address in. I sent an email and followed it up with a call really not expecting anyone to answer but they did and confirmed they had received the email (literally sent 2 minutes earlier) and would alter the delivery address and confirm with an email. Wonderful customer service and the order was delivered 2 days later ! Why can’t all companies be so pleasant and efficient, thank you !

Great support and great website

In this day and age of dubious customer support, DotMaison were a breath of fresh air. I bought a plate and a lamp from here which arrived on time and with the boxes undamaged. The plate was 100% but there was an inherent defect on part of the lamp. I contacted DotMaison between Christmas and New Year and got a very helpful reply within 24 hours and from a real person! With in a few days it was all sorted. This is customer service the way it should be. And the plate and lamp are amazing. Great website and I will be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service

Abhorrent customer service. Still waiting for replacement parts for a lamp that can not be assembled. Furthermore, their website does not allow ‘NEGATIVE’ reviews. I posted an honest review mid Dec and still not visible on their website !! Needless to say I won’t be using this company & will be contacting Consumer advice and seeking compensation for a refund.

Fast delivery great item

Ordered a you for my boy that is good for teething! He loved a toy octopus they had at swimming and I searched high and low for one the same with no luck, was about to give up when I found one similar on this website. Now it was a little on the pricey side with shipping considered for a little toy but, I knew my son loved this and it helped teething so I knew I wanted it! Shipping was very fast and item is great quality! Just what I wanted. I have a happy boy with his new favourite toy during teething

Excellent customer service. They replaced a faulty seletti lamp I'd had for three months with a new one promptly in time for Xmas, very courteous service, prompt email replies, quick delivery, they use dpd, one of the better couriers.

They will keep you waiting for weeks or months. Avoid

Terrible experience - they will take your money, create the tracking label, and let you wait for weeks. Apparently, they ship things in cages do they can keep track of their products. Waste of time - do not even bother ordering something for xmas or birthday. It will take weeks or months to arrive. You have been warned.
