As I’ve now just seen on another post, they sent me the completely wrong order, it took two weeks longer than stated to arrive, the tracking number didn’t work.
The size of shoes, the style and the colour was incorrect! The length of time replying to my emails is totally unacceptable. And like the other post instead of offering me a full refund and free postage and packaging to return they stated the styles were similar and did none of my family and friends want them! If not couldn’t I just sell them myself!

Clearly lying about the styles they have as I particularly like very slim soles which are now very hard to find! They’re definitely conning people as they obviously don’t have what they offer! Total false advertising
I ordered a specific pump and they sent a totally different one and wont refund me, they say I can send it back to China at great expense and they will then charge me the shipping fee or give me a 10% refund and tell me to sell them of put up with it, they now ignoring my emails! Also the pump still shows as in stock on their website and yet they tole me they sent alternative product without my consent as it was out of stock
