We understand your frustration regarding the property inspection situation. Our request for photographs was made in good faith to assess the property accurately and ensure safety. Unfortunately, the images provided did not capture the entire structure, leading to our engineer's inability to evaluate the situation thoroughly.
Health and safety are our top priorities, and we take them very seriously. Upon arrival and assessing the property’s height, we made the difficult decision to cancel the job to prevent any potential risks to our team and your property.
Additionally, I want to address the recent call where our staff felt threatened due to abusive language. I want to be clear that we have a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior, and our team members deserve to work in a respectful environment. As a result, the call was terminated to ensure their safety and well-being.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the future, we recommend capturing images from a distance to encompass the entire property, as this will help avoid similar situations and ensure a smoother process.
