Great mattress, I've bought from them before "a mattress topper"
Because my old spring mattress "not Dormeo" was rubbish but the Dormeo topper ready helped
But this new memory foam mattress is wonderful and you can unzip the cover to wash it * * * * *👍

I didn't realise that the mattress is so low, it is just about 5 inches, I am quite heavy 16 stone, and I can feel the base below me,

Just got it yesterday not had much time to use it yet but it looks good

Item arrived on time and was delivered well packaged, the mattress is of excellent quality, very comfortable and a great price, not my first purchase from Dormeo and won't be my last.

Smooth process from order o delivery. However one detail marred the experience. Clearly Aberdeen is considered to remote and is denied the service of uplifting the old mattress which is offered to other post codes

The whole process from ordering to delivery was simple and straightforward. No complaints whatsoever

Delivery was great, no problems. The mattress Topper is really lovely, so comfortable and well made. The only thing is I wish it had corner ties/elastic to hold it in place as it does move. Also needed to buy deep fitted sheets as to be able to fit over both Topper and mattress together.

After initially being refused assistance for a mattress that failed the legal burden of satisfactory quality after 2 years, I’m very grateful to have now received a replacement. Thank you.

This is my second topper . Amazing bought this one for grandson . Best pillows ever bought grandson one as we have these . Just make a perfect sleep . Thinking of getting daughter pillows for Christmas.

I was very disappointed as there were no corner straps to stop it from moving it would really help as customers in their 80 s will find it hard to keep it in one place otherwise it is a good mattress. I would really recommend it if you could help us senior customers if corner straps were supplied. Thank you for listening.

We ordered our new mattress on a Monday, we told him that we couldn’t get delivery this week as we won’t be able to accept it no we were told 7 -10 days
No confirmation or communication from Dormeo then get text 10am your mattress will be delivered today
Tried calling all you get is prompts telling you to email I’m driving don’t think police will be happy emailing in the car while driving only way to speak to someone call sales eventually get a call back mattress will be left in a safe place ( yes our front door ) 3 meters from the road
Then my wife gets home 75 years old has to get a super king mattress inside by herself
RATHER GO TO A SHOP A GET PROPER SERVICE
