Dope Factory Reviews 

Same experience as many others have posted reviews about. Nearly 2 months and no item received. Repeatedly reached out to their customer service only to be refused a refund and promised that item was in route but no tracking updates ever arrive. Finally decided to contact my CC company and dispute the charge. HORRIBLE SELLER!!

I placed an order on march 31st, today its April 29. My order was never shipped out, I never received a refund. I contacted them multiple times and they never refunded me.

Fast customer service!

It's not their fault that they can't ship right now.

Excellent 5/5, fantastic product with great price. Despite COVID19, my order have been delivered super fast via express shipping in a solid packaging.

You will have to reach out to them after a week or not receiving shipping for them to tell you that the items will be received in store in 7 days and repeat this process until it has been 60 days and you just have to call your credit card company regarding your items you never received. Free loans to Loan Factory.

I purchased shoes over 3 months ago. They never sent them, always using the same copy-paste response whenever I emailed them.

They finally agreed to a refund a month ago. And the refund still has not been given. They have now stopped even responding to my emails.

This is a scam website, do not buy from them unless you like not receiving your items or getting your money back

Atrocious customer support. Never ships. Nothing shy of a scam.

Placed an order January 9. Its been 4 full weeks and still no shipping or tracking info. They do respond to emails, however, the responses are nothing but "we will ship today" but nothing happens.

This is a scam. They are just keep saying that you order will be shipped out within this week and never actually ship your order. Thanks god I have got my money back from PayPal

Update: This dope factory has reported my review. Saying that “It contains defamatory statements.” Can is tell how treacherous they are. They are not thinking about improving their service but framed their customers on their true reviews. What a shame！

While everyone is claiming that this store takes forever to ship that was not at all my experience. I purchased my shoe on the 17th and received a shipping confirmation on the 22nd. This is pretty quick compared to other sites. Customer service was also very swift and kind. Overall great experience i recommend this store.

Dope Factory provide excellent service.

Placed the order even if the feedback were not so great, paid with PayPal, received the bag in perfect condition after 5 days...so far so good!

I ordered shoes WEEKS AGO, and have had not one update as to when my order will be shipped, if my order will be shipped, or ANY INFO AT ALL. I spent over two hundred dollars on your site, and this is how you treat a returning customer? I know you guys read these overwhelmingly bad reviews, perhaps think about firing some of your incompetent workers, and maybe try shipping your orders out when a customer gives you their hard earned money.

I have made an order on 14Dec2019 and still no feedback for the shipment status. The experience is so bad just like what the others said. They dont reply emails.

Ordered a few times in the past month or two and sent out every order within 1-2 weeks. Processing takes a little longer but overall good service

I ordered on Sathurday evening a sweater from the Jacquemus womenswear. After making the order I saw the bad reviews on this side and asked them when my order will be shipped on Monday morning. They answered quick and friendly and it was sent to me on the same day to Germany. The service is fast and costumer friendly, I received the order today and I’m very happy about it. Thank you Dope Factory!

So I normally don't write reviews but I found that there should be more recent positive reviews written about Dope Factory.

My recent experience with Dope Factory is through purchasing a pair of Margiela Replica GATs through their site. I ordered it around 8/9/2019 and it arrived on 8/20/2019. I want to write this review because the other reviews made me feel like I had just been scammed. I bought first and then did my research so I thought I had just lost my money to some random Italian. But as I'm currently happily wearing my new shoes I can say I was not scammed. The customer service is poor but the shoes were heavily discounted. It took about 2 weeks for the shoes to be processed from Italy to the US. Shipping took 2 days in total. I sent two emails to the owner, and he responded twice saying it was being worked on. The order processing might take long and it might feel like your order isn't coming but in my case it eventually did. I guess I'm used to Amazon-level of online shopping and forget that some small businesses don't perform at the same level.

Do not order anything from them. They are rip offs. If you return something you will be told that you have worn the clothes and it can still be in the plastic with tags and they’ll put your money back on a DOPE gift card. Horrible service and it takes months to get your product if it’s even the correct size!
