Order came in the time given when ordered but when it arrived the picture I chose to put on the item started peeling off before I even had chance to use it and so spoilt the gift. Not sure now if it’s worth the price I paid

Product not delivered in time specified, missing the event they were ordered for. We were met with a wall of silence on email/social media and no telephone number. Eventually contact was made to say someone had been on holiday and the other people didn't complete the order like they should of done. They gave us 20% off which is little use when I don't need the shirts anymore and is little compensation for having to run around the day before the event finding a supplier locally to get some T-shirts made. Completely unprofessional and we will never use them again.

The material wasn't great. The print was really good, and I loved the colour. My dog is a puppy and as I tried to put it on he bit it and the thread started to unravel 😢
