Disgusting customer service

I ordered a wooden bed base, from Doodle, through the Range market place. The box was left outside my door, and had a gaping hole in one end. I took photos before opening the box. Inside, the bed parts were fine, but there were no fittings and fixtures for it. I asked the range for help, and was eventually advised that my details had been sent to Doodle products. I requested the fixings and provided photos of the damaged box. I haven't heard anything back from them. I now have a completely useless bed, and am out of pocket......

SHOCKING

!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ESSPECIALLY THROUGH THE RANGE. DELIVERY HASNT ARRIVED, THE RANGE YOU CANT SPEAK WITH ANYONE, THEY RESPOND TO A MSG 4 HOURS+ AND ASK FOR DETAILS EVERY MESSAGE. TRIED TO CALL DOODLE PRODUCTS THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, AND SEEING THESE REVIEWS I AM NOW DEMANDING A REFUND AND COMPLAINTS POLICY !!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!
