Complaint
I went to the dollar loan center on 5th and Keystone in Reno to pay extra on my loan, I told Robyn that I wanted to pay $175. with my debit card, on the principal and no interest, I repeated that twice to Robyn she took my card and charged the $175. a little later I looked at my receipt and to my surprised to see I was charged interest. I returned to the center and was told that you always charge interest so I asked for my charge to be reversed back to my bank, all Robyn had to do was I inform me of that policy I wood have waited 5 days, I feel like I was lied to as stands I'm out $175. till at least Monday or Tuesday for my money to be back in my bank. I've been a customer for a few years but I will not be anymore. My phone # is 775-505-7547 please text me with a response. Thank you Michael A Murphy
