Got the contract, was requested to send the deposit before receiving the signature, Pia has informed me that they only sign the contract after money is transfered and received. *thumbs down*

Moved in and got very dissapointed by the lack of enforcement on tidyness. Trash is thrown everywhere and it feels a bit like living in a slum. Mixed nationality neighbours including those who come here for work from economically weak countries. Neighbours smoking near the windows and littering cigarrete butts. I asked why can't the litering person be fined, they said they can't fine tenants - but on one of the movin documents it states if a phone number is called without urgent matter the person calling will receive a fine - mind boggling.

Property caretaker named Allan seems like a great person trying to do his best.

Thats all I can say today, time will tell about tomorrow.

Very bad experience with Domusnova. They returned us back less than 1/10th of the deposit money. We had very minor scratches in the wall that was visible from a distance of 100 mm by squinting the eye, for that they charged us painting for all walls.
We had to ship a set of keys back from India, had written to them over mail and verbally, stayed in constant touch, but they still charged us for the keys.

The condition in which they want the apartment for us to give back is not the same when they give us the apartment.

Pia Johansen made us think that we were about to get the contract for an apartment and asked about our personal information and explicitly wrote that she was gonna send a contract. After 24 hours of trying to reach her over the phone and writing her 2 emails, she finally wrote that someone else got the apartment. Disrespectful behavior. We also declined another place because we thought we got the apartment from Pia.

very very pathetic service. the one who are writing comments must be their employees.

Terrible landlords, disgraceful and rude communication - avoid at all costs.

They will ask for deposit before they even sign the contract. When you call to their office they rarely answer and when they do they are extremely rude and they claim that in Denmark you have to pay the deposit before the compay signs the contract, which is not true. Definitely not a company i would trust

Absolute scammers! Do NEVER transfer a deposit before you get a contract signed. This company has terrible communication, service, policies, everything. They only care for making money. Don‘t bind on a contract with them.
