You have to pay 40Eur to have the chance to VIEW the houses.
This applies for all locations
so 40 for utretch 40 for Amersfoort 40 for Zwolle etc etc.
Unless you pay don't even think you will get a viewing.
Domica Venlo and their manager ,they are refusing to pay the deposit back after more than a month from the time i left the house , i lived there for almost 3 years ,he made imagination report after he refused that i will be present during inspection, house was renting 2 weeks without notification the landlord , not recommend to anybody , changing the contract date , just big disaster ,i filed complaints and see how it will go
it is not a serious agency, I paid for a premium account to have priority in visits and receive offers via email, they never granted me a visit, every time I asked for a request they told me that the tour was full, when I asked for explanations they told me that I had arrived late, money stolen
My partner and I had been offered an apartment from Domica Amersfoort, which is great. It took us a couple of days to get back to their offer due to an incredibly intense and stressful personal and work life, which I admit we should have responded earlier.
When I spoke on the phone with Mark from Amersfoort, he absolutely lectured me on the phone about how inconsiderate and bad I am, and how they will of course not let us rent from them, and I apologised profusely. I felt like a child being told off by a teacher. After this proceeded for a few minutes, I replied with "jesus, I'm so sorry I don't know what else you want me to say", as this had gone on for very long with me apologising A LOT. Mark then said "F*** YOU!" and ended the phone call. After trying to contact the head of branch or someone else to file a complaint, Mark replied to my email saying "You can file a complaint but I own this office" and "I hope we can leave it at this and do not waste any more time and negative energy to this". Mark does not want to take responsibility for his actions, and is quite frankly a disgusting and disrespectful person who should not be the face of such a reputable company.
DOMICA BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
An agency that takes advantage of tenants with a mocking director who should learn to speak and treat those who pay his salary with respect. When I left the apartment they started to find all sorts of reasons to stop as much as possible from money that had to be returned, and make me pay for things that were broken before we rented the apartment.
We never saw money back from them, 1800 borg and heating cost what was paid in advance as we didn't use.
Being discriminated against while looking for a house for the past 5 years. DO NOT RENT HERE! BOYCOT IT
A scam, or at the very least horrible service. They never answer the phone.
They have rooms in direkt wonen and kamernet, where you have to pay to register, only to answer with a standard email asking you to register for an additional fee once again with them.
They are a scam! They keep your deposit and charge illegal fees for contract costs. They also ask people for good reviews before you can sign the contract. So I wouldn't really trust the 5 star reviews..
Don’t trust them! I rented through them, and they are only about the money. When I left my home after two years, I was charged 280 euro for a painting job of one 9m2 wall, which I painted white, which was marked as ‘not good enough’. The only reason I left it like this, was because the person from Domica told me that it would be enough to leave it like this. Don’t trust them!
On the date of 31.10.2019 I have paid 2900 euro cash to Koen, because I was from abroad and did not have a Dutch Bank Account back then.
After Koen took the money and gave me a receipt we went to meet with the landlord and unfortunately everything went wrong with the landlord because he started to ask us awkward questions, he was a little bit xenophobic.
Because we felt really bad about the interrogation from the landlord.
The other day we went direclty to Domica office to get our money back...
Since 31.10.2019 I am still expecting to get money back even if I have sent many E-mail to Koen, he is actually telling me day after day that the money will be returned ....
Untrustworthy agent. Just want to make money. Give you high price and awful energy company essent just to earn referral fee. Don't trust them. They also making excuses to take your deposit. Do confirm with landlords before them.
