I have to confirm that the 5 Star rating is for TUDOR and his excellent customer service, as opposed to Domain Monster as an entirety, who I would currently, sadly give 3-4 stars. I've been a customer of DM for many years and I've sadly had a few issues (perhaps just glitches) in recent times, including via email this week and incorrect info on the recorded phone line message. I had become quietly quite frustrated with the whole experience this week.
HOWEVER, I have to point out that TUDOR (who answered the phone today) was BRILLIANT! He is very patient, immediately proactive and reassuring. He turned things around and is a credit to the company.

I have been a customer for years and I'm consistently surprised by how good the support is. My most recent experience was a pleasure thanks to Tudor and his friendly and knowledgeable help.

Domain Monster technical agent,Tudor, was very positive, supportive and got the job done. Not only that but took time to help me set up an IT issue that was faster with help. Much appreciated. And with a very smiley attitude. Great customer service.

On several occasions they have always proved totally helpful and again on this last situation, Tudor was extremely helpful and very quick in responding.
