My email account has been down since December

My email account has been down since mid December and I’m now sending email each day, only getting a response once a month telling me they have a big problem.
Asked for a refund so I can transfer to another company as they knew there was a problem when they took my payment in December and now no response at all !!!!!!!!

Email down yet again

Email down yet again. This company was bought by 123-reg and since then has had continuous problems with service. Fed up with both companies and will be moving my business.

Domainmonster used to provide excellent support...but no more.

Domainmonster used to provide excellent service and outstanding support. However, since they have been taken over by godaddy /123reg, service levels have dropped lower than I thought possible and the level of support is dreadful. They provide email support to two of our companies. This week all email was down for three days. All support could say (after I had waited on hold for 20 minutes) was that they don’t know when it will be back). Domainmonster hosted our websites. The new owners have stopped that service and I was forced to move my sites at short notice and considerable expense. They offered a free year at 123reg but they had technical problems when I started to use them. It’s like they are trying to encourage their customers to move away. Hopeless. I am going to avoid in future.

I switched from 123 to domainmonster …

I switched from 123 to domainmonster some years ago because of the inadequate support provided by 123. That decision proved the right one; domainmonster support was fantastic, often getting resolutions within minutes.
When I heard that 123 were taking over domainmonster the alarm bells rang, but I hung on in there. Last week I raised a support ticket; it took days to get a response. I will be moving elsewhere as soon as I have developed a plan. (I should add for the sake of the support person that the quality of support, once I got a response, was good - but the delay is unacceptable).

Used to be good but absolutely crap …

Used to be good but absolutely crap service now. Can't reach anyone and you hold on for ages without resolution. Have lost a lot of business due to the incredibly poor service or rather lack of. Looking to change to another ISP but don't know if I can trust any of them after this experience... Pay peanuts get monkeys !!!!!!!!

Have been a customer of Domainmonster …

Have been a customer of Domainmonster for 5+ years and never had any complaints and the support was always very quick.
Since they have been taken over by 123Reg the support is terrible. The numbers on the Domainmonter homepage no longer work and no one answers the phone when contacting 123Reg.

I am curently paying for a domain that isnt working and have instructed my solicitors to take further action.. It is about time that small businesses in the UK were treated fairly and no longer held to ransom by ISP.. It is a disgrace !

I have been with Domainmonster for 4 …

I have been with Domainmonster for 4 years and it's time to say goodbye. At one point I was unable to access webmail for about 6 days, one time they lost the contents of my inbox and were unable to reinstate it and now it has been 3 weeks of telling them it takes an eternity for the webpage to load, to load an email, to go back to the inbox etc.
Their support team is friendly but seem to be at the whim of the admin staff who have done nothing. They cannot tell me when if ever it will improve and told me I can have a refund. Not good enough.

Not Good

Their support is unreachable. Domain transfers are deliberately frustrated and delayed in all kinds of sneaky ways so they can cash in on their rediculously high domain renewel rates. Be carefull.

Good Service- Problems with Paypal Payments

I have been with Domainmonster for a number of years, always a good service. The only problem is with their Paypal payment system. Payments must go through a credit card and not funds, which is a shame when the sites that I run have only fund type payments available.

Very Dissapointed

I pre-ordered a .London domain with Domain Monster in April. Having heard nothing from DotLondonDomains regarding a validation request of my London address I contacted them and they advised me I wasn't on their system. I contacted Domain Monster and they said that the domain was pre-ordered with them before me and so they couldn't pre-order for me. Sept now was was never told anything by them. I did get a full refund but wanted that domain and was prepared to go to auction for it. Very disappointed. Won't be using again.

Swizz Gubbins

This was originally a positive review, but it has been changed to a negative as a domain I had with them was auto-renewed for a ridiculous price.

The control panel is also antiquated and cumbersome.

BAD EXPERICENE - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I signed up for the web builder trial to see what it was like and found no way of cancelling prior to the trial ending which led to a payment being taken. I asked for this to be refunded 5 minutes after it was processed and was refused by a JAMES in SUPPORT. I was going to host our new company with them and register 5 domains but after noting the "money-grabbing" scam like mentality I don't want to give them anymore. Not professional just our for revenue. AVOID
