Ordered a guitar on Friday from this company,they took the money from my credit card but I received no further update...? Phoned them today and they said they couldn't do it at that price and wanted another £24......Jokers!!!Steer clear!!!

Dolphin Music have taken over three months to deliver a product to me, with no communication to tell me it would take so long, and didn't respond on their inquiries and complaints e-mail address when I contacted them to ask if something had happened to my package.
Would never use again. 0/10.

Excellent service cannot fault it, went on their recommendation for a practise bass amplifier. This arrived on time and is perfect for my needs.

Dophin accepted my payment for a discounted but new advertised item then wouldn't send it because they had run out out stock. Instead of obtaining another one for me in order to fulfil the contract they insisted on a refund only. There was no compensation, only an assertion that they were acting according to their own terms and conditions. Hardly great customer service.

I paid for my order and it said that I should get it in two or three working days. I expected them within this time, and I was in need of them rather urgently. When they didn't arrive I checked the state of the order / it had never been shipped. They took about a week or more to arrive. I am ok with what arrived, it is exactly what I expected, and it arrived in perfect condition, but the lack off information regarding it's shipping was a nuisance and inconvenient for my work.

I would recommend that you check stock status before ordering or find another retailer.

Great company, I ordered 2 items, the second product was a day later than specified but no huge issue.

I was told if I ordered before 4pm it would be delivered the next day, it didn't arrive the next day and I needed the item urgently so was disappointed.

Excellent service - minor problem with website stating in-stock item was out of stock but soon sorted with a phone call.

My order took over 2 months and I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for this. Awful. Wouldn't use again

Absolutely the go-to company for audio kit. I know I can rely on expert advice; that you will listen to our needs and recommend the best product at the best price - which is very often hundreds of pounds cheaper than the product you *could* sell us. Recommended with absolutely no reservations.

I contacted them by phone to see when my product would arrive as it was out of stock, it was delivered 2 weeks before they said it would and I was kept informed by email and text for the delivery date.
