Absolutely amazing service went here to get my hair and makeup done for my graduation and was not disappointed! The very talented Claudia Sicily did my makeup she honestly made me feel gorgeous and was so friendly will 100% returning💕

@Sicilymakeup (Claudia) has done my makeup twice now she's amazing both times, knows how to use products fitted for my skin as well as makes me beautiful definitely recommend

Never been anywhere else but Doll for years, Claud is the best around and will never go to anybody else.

Always a lovely service! As soon as I walked in and let them know I was here for my appointment I was offered a drink until the makeup artist had finished. I have been to Claudia a few times for my makeup and she always listens to what I want or if I’m not sure I show her my outfit and she chooses what she thinks would look good with the outfit. My skin always looks flawless and the makeup lasts all day/night. Would highly recommend doll and Claudia if you’re needing your makeup done for an event.

Had classic lashes done by Ellie and she was absolutely the best, by far the best lashes I’ve ever had. She really understood what look I wanted and executed to perfection, they have lasted so long and I’ve had so many lovely comments on them. She’s also just such a lovely girl and so easy to talk to, I had such a calm and relaxing experience with her. Don’t think I’d go anywhere else! Doll HQ is a gorgeous salon and can’t wait to go back (also lovely complimentary drinks while you wait!) xxx

I travel to Doll Beauty HQ and love coming! I’ve been 3 times and Laura always does my hair. She makes me feel refreshed again and I always feel relaxed. She always tries to accommodate what I ask for, as I prefer a golden blonde rather than a whiter blonde. It is a little on the pricey side, however I highly recommend, if you want to pamper and treat yourself.

I cannot recommend Laura enough for cut and colour. She always does a fabulous job and ensures I received the full pamper experience!

Had a lovely facial with Stacey and a pedicure felt great afterwards. Roya also does my pedicures such lovely girls and brilliant therapists would highly recommend.

Roya is an amazing nail tech. She is super friendly and is such a joy to see every few weeks. She is so talented in what she does and has helped my natural nails so much since starting BIAB.

Had a glow 2 go facial & chemical peel by Roya. My skin was awful and had a break out on my forehead of spots, a week on and they’ve disappeared! Skin feels & looks so much better! Staff are also really friendly and very knowledgeable!

Best place in Chester! All the staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Always go to Roya for my pedi! Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best salon around, great facilities and friendly staff that always make you feel welcome. Roya is fab always does a great job on my nails, pays great attention to detail. Would 110% recommend:)

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is so professional and friendly. She always does the most amazing job with my nails and is very accommodating to what I want. I always look forward to my next appointment and a little chat with a coffee.

I started my BIAB nail journey with Roya in Jan 2022 after always having acrylics elsewhere. Roya is friendly, professional and very talented. My natural nails are now so strong and I look forward to my monthly appointment with her l. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Xx

Cannot speak more highly of my experiences of Doll & in particular the fabulous Roya. I love a relaxing hydra facial or my regular BIAB nails and it’s the only place to go to make me races ready. It feels like such a treat from the minute you walk through the door.
