Oh my goodness! We were in Hawaii and had pre-booked a car. Arrived early, (thank goodness)! Each customer took at least 20mins, even those who were just there to pick up a car. Only 2 customer servers with at least 12 people waiting. The slowest pick up I have ever experienced. Never again!
