I think it’s either a great shame or a huge con when a company sells a product on a well known auction site for less than when customers want to try and do the right thing and buy direct from the company.

The price of the product is the same whether purchased through Ebay or directly through our website. Orders placed through our website are subject to a shipping charge, as is standard practice for many online retailers.

Products packaged well and delivered on time. The Firehose dummy material is inspired - virtually indestructible, cleans easily, light great in water, the only issue I have found is with the throwing rope which is made of a silky man made fibre which can snag and cause pulled 'loops' in the rope which then have to be cut off or burned out thereby weakening the throwing rope. I have purchased lots of throwing dummies but never before encountered this silky rope - much prefer the more robust throwing material used by most manufacturers I have purchased from.

Sadly 3stars for p+p prices.
This was a great training hoodie but sadly too small. However the 3stars is for the P+P. £6:95 for delivery and now about the same to return so £14 and nothing to show for it. It does mean I will never buy anything else clothing wise from this company. I feel in this online world, returns should be free like so many of this companies competitors. However if you’re sure about your size then the product would be a really good buy.
