This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I've used them on several occasions and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, not once have their searches ever yielded positive results. A complete waste of time and money!

SCAM STAY FAR AWAY

This company’s website should be shut down. I know a couple people who had scary experiences with these folks. SCAM company. Stay far away.

On Jauary 11th

On Jauary 11th, I returned a call back to Docusearch 1-800-474-5350. A male representative who took my call was extremely rude and outright unprofessional. I will not refer this company to anyone. I sent a complaint to the company but they never addressed or evaluated the situation-lesson learned.

I ordered to find my husband hidden…

I ordered to find my husband hidden bank on 2/28 and got a result on 3/12.
They gave me an only joint account info which I already gave them the name of bank.
They did not find his secret bank which I got an information from my children on 3/12.
don't spend money for this fraud.

Complete scam

Complete scam + they are unbelievably aggressive/vile when you call them on it.
They likely don’t give a physical address to avoid service of process.

In my experience these guys are a scam

In my experience these guys are a scam. They know when a search won't succeed and they'll charge you anyways. I feel caveat emptor is warranted with DocuSearch, I got scammed out of $39.
